what you sit on

what you sit on
does not exist here
behind my eyelids
you are who     not     what
no colour code
no category
out of the box

bodies are just vehicles
you smile through yourself
as you pull me closer
and fold into me
no blocks or curves
you are just a scarf of kisses
a warm swathe behind me
wrapped around my nape
trailing my collarbone
